Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on vcity. Owning multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being frozen or terminated.

Vcity supports multiple payment methods including FPX (local banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals are processed automatically within 5 minutes to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified by the Member. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 1.
If your withdrawal takes longer than 15 minutes, please check the status on your transaction history page. If the issue persists, contact vcity customer support with your transaction reference number.
Vcity offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The general terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:
Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or using betting strategies designed to minimise game risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — will forfeit all accumulated bonuses and may face account termination.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting vcity customer support. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.
Vcity collects, processes, and stores Members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page. By using the vcity platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
All Member personal data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. vcity will not share Member personal data with third parties without the Member's consent, unless required by law or an authorised regulatory body.
To the extent permitted by law, vcity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by Members while using the platform, including:

Vcity reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the vcity platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
